Remember Obama's promises that health care will NOT be "rationed". That anyone NEEDING health care, will receive it? Well, lets just take a look at page 29.

Page 29:

(A) ANNUAL LIMITATION

The cost-sharing incurred under the essential benefits package with respect to an individual (or family) for a year does not exceed the applicable level specified in subparagraph (B).

(B) APPLICABLE LEVEL

The applicable level specified in this subparagraph for Y1 is $5,000 for an individual and $10,000 for a family. Such levels shall be increased (rounded to the nearest $100) for each subsequent year by the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (United States city average) applicable to such year.

Hmmm Odd, Obama says NO RATIONING, and yet, here in the VERY BILL he's ramming down your throat, he tells you that your health care will be RATIONED to $5000 for the first year for individuals, and $10,000 for the first year for Families. Rationing to be increased by only $100 per year after that. Sure hope you don't need any MINOR surgery, because you'll eat up the health care your ALLOWED to have the first time you have to stay more than a few days in a Hospital!

So, this is supposed to be "Free Health-care For All", but you know, there's something REALLY funny about this. There are some people in this country who do not HAVE health insurance. Not because they don't WANT insurance, they don't have it because they can't AFFORD it. So how exactly does the little gem on page 167 work?

‘‘SEC. 59B. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.

(a) TAX IMPOSED

In the case of any individual who does not meet the requirements of subsection (d) at any time during the taxable year, there is hereby imposed a tax equal to 2.5 percent of the excess of (1) the taxpayer's modified adjusted gross income for the taxable year, over (2) the amount of gross income specified in section 6012(a)(1) with respect to the taxpayer.

Strange. People that cant's AFFORD health-care, will be taxed MORE by the government for not HAVING health-care. In other words, because you don't have ENOUGH money, the government is going to take MORE money away from you. Yeah, you're beloved Obama is a real swell guy!

But I know how all of you think. Many of you look at this "National Health Plan" and expect it to be "for the other guy". Because Obama Assured you that if you have health insurance that you like, you get to keep it! That's right! You get to KEEP your health Plan that you currently have! And many of you look at that statement, and you're absolutely positive that this "Public Heath Care" will affect someone else. It's not going to affect YOU because YOU have heath-care, and Obama said you get to KEEP your health care!

How about you just read that bill I have provided a link for. Because according to that bill, you get to KEEP your health care UNTIL something in it changes. Until ANYTHING in it changes. If your rates go up at all, if your coverage changes even in the SLIGHTEST, your plan is no longer the same plan that was "grandfathered in", and now YOU are required to enroll on the public health care.

That's right. The second ANYTHING changes, the LEAST LITTLE CHANGE in your current coverage, and YOU WILL BE FORCED to take part in this socialist nightmare you have WISHED on the rest of the public. And when that happens, I want you to say just one fucking word about it. I want to HEAR you fucking complain! I FUCKING DARE YOU TO COMPLAIN! Because each and every one of you stupid fucking Obama supporters are responsible for this!

Under Obamacare, the elderly are fucked. An elderly man or woman who is in need of Bypass Surgery, or a Pacemaker, in order to keep them alive will not receive it under Obamacare. patients deemed "too old" to benefit significantly from the treatment will instead be instructed on what Obama's plan lovingly calls "End Of life treatment".

That's right. Your mother, your father, they'll be instructed by the doctor in methods of ENDING their life. Halting antibiotics, decreasing food and calorie intake, all the "happy fun ways to die" that the doctor can recommend.

My Apologies!

Hello again dear readers. Yes, all one or two of you!

My sincerest apologies for taking a months vacation without notice, but there have been a few things happening here that I did not plan on.

First was my heart-attack. It was a minor one, required no surgery, and only a 3 day hospital stay. I'm happy to report that you're stuck with me, for a few more years at least! Though the heart attack itself required no surgery, it did require a free shave (I will spare you the details of WHERE they shaved) and a catheter run from my groin to my heart so they could have a look-see around and decide if I was going to live or not (after seeing the bill, it could have gone either way), and some rather unappealing hospital food.

The end result, a grumpy, beer swilling white-boy with a groin that looks like it went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson and hosted a dance show by the Rockettes! Bruises where you NEVER want bruises!

Second thing that happened was my little town of Gaffney South Carolina played host to a spree/serial killer. Some red-neck that was paroled WAY too early decided to go on a nut and off 5 people in our sleepy little burg until he went up against a few of North Carolina's finest and exchanged gunfire. Long story short, he won't be getting his 40 years worth of death row appeals. So once again, The South has taken out the garbage!

Third thing to happen is the removal of a horse barn. It was about time to reclaim some land space, and the old barn had to go. So we've slowly been dismantling and tearing down the barn. Of course, we have to do it in the HEIGHT of summer, when it's the hottest you could possibly imagine. I swear I thought I saw Satan himself sitting in the shade, sipping on an iced tea and issuing instructions on which part of the wall we should tear down next. Or it could have been one of my neighbors. After a few dozen beers and a day of labor intensive work in the heat, they sort of look alike.

But I am proud to say that I am back, I will continue to hound Obama, and I will do my best to get back to pissing liberals off and totally alienating entire groups of people when ever I possibly can.

Our Illegal Immigrant President

If you are an American, you've probably heard both sides of the "Birth Certificate" argument. Hell, even if you're NOT an American, you've more than likely heard about it. But if you ARE an American, it directly affects you. You may be among those shouting "SHOW ME THE PAPERS OBAMA!", you may be one of those who feel he's "proved" his citizenship. Or you might be one of those who don't give a rat's ass one way or the other. But no matter which "type" you are, here's the simple facts.

Our Constitution SPECIFICALLY STATES:

Article II, Section 1.
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Our Constitution is quite clear on the matter. You must be a NATURAL BORN citizen, in order to be President. A requirement that Obama, quite frankly, has NOT PROVED HE MEETS.

You see, the whole argument revolves around the document he DID provide. He provided a "Certificate Of Live Birth" issued by the state of Hawaii. The only problem with this is, the "Certificate Of Live Birth" does not PROVE he was "born in Hawaii" like he claims he was. Because ANYONE can get a Certificate of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii. All you have to do is show up, at a hospital, with an infant, and apply for one. It doesn't matter WHAT state that infant was born in. It doesn't even matter what COUNTRY that infant was born in.

Obama has the power to put all the arguments to rest. He CLAIMS his original Hawaii BIRTH CERTIFICATE exists. He has been ASKED to show it a number of times, and each time he has said "NO"! He's got lawyers fighting to keep his Birth Certificate and his Student Records SEALED.

Why?

Are these the actions of a man who is telling the truth? Are these the actions of a man who is "undoubtedly a natural born citizen"? Are these the actions of a man who has promised from the start, and STILL promises in EVERY SPEECH HE GIVES, to promoting "transparency" in our Government?

No, they are not!

The fight continues. There are those of us who INSIST that until he proves OTHERWISE, he is NOT a natural born American Citizen. All he has to do to shut us up is show us the BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Obama is stuck. He knows it. He's locked up that document, he refuses to show ANYONE that document, and now, we have this little tactic coming from his Administration!

The house of Representatives has drafted a new bill, HR 985. This bill basically prohibits Federal Employees of the Executive Branch from being compelled to release ANY document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence.
In other words, Barak will NOT have to release his Birth Certificate unless a COURT orders him to do so. And if a court DOES order it, it's a simple matter to appeal it and have it pushed to the Supreme Court, where the Judges (appointed BY Obama) can elect to ignore the case and NOT hear it.

The House has just proposed a new "shield" for Obama, and is a BLATANT attempt to protect their Illegal Immigrant President.

Are these the actions of a "transparent" Administration? Are these the actions of America's LEGITIMATE Government?

No they are not!

I have warned you from the start. Myself and many like me have TOLD you what is going on in our government. We have been warning you about the dangers of this man, and more and more of his "supporters" are beginning to see him for what he truly is. You are living witnesses to the lies from his Administration. Nancy Pelosi has CHANGED HER STORY four times now at least about her knowledge of "waterboarding" being used. Quite a few of Obama's "picks" have been EXPOSED as Tax Cheats and liars.

And now, this new bill, to protect Obama. I'm AMAZED that there are still some ignorant, asshole Obamatons out there willing to support this Illegal Immigrant FUCK as "president". He HAS NEVER BEEN, and WILL NEVER BE my "President". I will NEVER bow to some Illegal Immigrant Usurper. Nor should ANY American citizen.

I urge you to call your senators. DO NOT allow them to provide this level of "protection" for the Asshole that has stolen the highest office in this country. DO NOT allow this fuckhead that calls himself "President" to destroy this country from within.

That's right, GM took Bail Out money, and Obama decided that gave him the right to "request" that GM CEO Rick Wagoner step down. And he DID! Obama has since called for Automakers to STOP producing certain lines of cars and to INCREASE production of other lines, and they are falling in, lock step, "obeying every command" from "The One" for fear of loosing many government dollars. That's "FREE MONEY", compliments of you! When it comes to the Auto Industry, Obama now decide who stays, who goes, who merges with whom, which cars are "ok to make" and which cars need to be scrapped. Does that SOUND like the job of the "United States President"?

Banks that have taken "bail out money", (that's MONEY SUPPLIED BY THE TAX PAYERS) are now under the CONTROL of The Federal Government. That is, they are under OBAMA'S control. How does that work? You and I pay for it, and OBAMA gets to make the decisions for them? There IS a word for that you know... it's a BAD word. It's an UGLY word. And it's a word that will have you branded a "criminal" and an "extremist" for speaking it out loud.

That word is SOCIALISM.

How DARE we accuse a Socialist President, who's EVERY MOVE is straight out of the "Socialists Play Book", of being a (GASP!) Socialist! Well, you know, in the past, our Government used to be "Split" between Federal and State. States can not dictate Federal Laws. States can not dictate Federal Policy. And the reverse USED to be true. The Federal Government was not able to dictate State Policy and State Law.

But did you know, recently, California approved a 2 dollar pay cut on home health care workers, which was done in the states budget. This would have provided a SAVINGS to California of over 74 MILLION dollars. This budget was approved by State Lawmakers AND by California's Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

But they made a VERY SERIOUS error. They did NOT have the "approval" of Obama! The bastards!

Obama has announced that if California makes those cuts and saves 74 MILLION DOLLARS, he is going to TAKE BACK billions of dollars that California received in the Stimulus Package!

That's right Kiddies! Obama is not only dictating FEDERAL policy, he's decided he's going to run INDIVIDUAL STATE GOVERNMENTS as well! Now, states will do as the Master says, or Obama's gonna take away all their free money!

Let's face it boys and girls, anyone who has received a penny from this "stimulus package" has just been sold into Slavery! Obama OWNS their ass, and HE'S going to show them how to live right!

But don't you DARE say he's a Socialist! You'll get your ass tied to a wagon wheel and whipped for your "uppity talk"! Just get you asses back out into those fields and pick that cotton till Massa Obama wants something from you. Stay in line, don't look behind the curtain, don't question the Messiah, not if you know what's good for you!

Hell, they're even talking about giving these "poor mistreated citizens" WELFARE! That's right! We're going to turn them loose on YOUR street and make YOUR DUMB ASS PAY FOR THEM! But you have nothing to worry about from them! After all, they just tried to strap bombs to their chest and blow up innocent people. That don't make them "bad men"! No, the REAL "bad men" are the ones who believe in the Constitution Of The United States. The REAL "monsters" are the ones who think "ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION" is a crime! Christians, Patriots, Veterans, War heroes, THOSE are the terrorists, according to The United States Homeland Security Office". THOSE are the ones that "Pimp Daddy Obama" wants you to be afraid of.

I wonder why that is? Could it be because THOSE are the people who know what kind of back-biting, crooked, lying, cheating, stealing, con-man asshole Barak Obama is? Could it be because if this nation has ANY chance of survival, it will come from those very people Obama has labeled "terrorists"? I think BOTH statements are correct.

So be on the look out America. Check your doors and windows. Look under your beds. Keep a suspicious eye on your neighbor. If your uncle owns a gun, don't turn your back on him. And by all means, always be on the look out for these "terrorists". They could be your relatives, they could be your neighbors. At least, you better HOPE that you have a bunch of these "terrorists" in your life and in your neighborhood. Because when the time comes, they're likely to be the only protection you have from the REAL "monsters" showing up at your door step.

Welcome to the reign of Obama and his "Jack-Booted Thugs"!

Yes kiddies, that "Community Organizer Group" that swallows the Obomanation's load on a daily basis is back to work making sure they've "got your number". LITERALLY!

If you haven't been visited yet, you will be very shortly. I was visited on Sunday, May 3, 2009. A "nonthreatening elderly white woman" pulled up in my driveway, in a small, beige colored unmarked sedan, and walked up to my front door. She was dressed casually, and in her hand was a small hand held "palm pilot" type computer. She was sporting a badge identifying her as a worker for the United States Census Bureau.

She politely asked me if the address she had was the correct address for this house. I responded just as politely, "yes it is". She immediately started tapping info in with that little tiny plastic pointer, and after about 2 and a half minutes of some furious tapping, she looked up and asked another question:

"Do you know where..." and she rattled off another address. She wanted to know if I recognized that address and if I knew which house it belonged to. I told her I didn't know, but there's a few houses relatively close by, she could try one of them. Again, she began furiously tapping into that little "palm pilot".

After her questions were done, I decide to ask a question or two of my own.

"Excuse me ma'am, if you don't mind my asking, what exactly is this all about?"

She then began her little dance routine. It was beautiful! So fluid and entrancing, you would almost miss all the subtleties of truth buried amid the mounds of lies! She began by telling me she worked for the United States Census Bureau, and that the 2010 census is coming up..." Whoops... warning flag. 2010 Census... but... this is only 2009!

Then she said that they needed to map out the areas so that the census could be taken more accurately and with less trouble in finding houses. And then somehow, she managed to derail onto the subject of her "disappointment" with our governments ability to find and deport the millions of illegal immigrants in our country. She made sure to point out that she harbored no ill feelings toward the "LEGAL Mexicans" (HER words, not mine) it's just the "ILLEGAL" ones she's "sick of". Again, these are HER words, not mine. But still, a second little red flag pops up. Hmmm, odd... a government employee that is "offended" by illegals? Now I know, there ARE some government employees that ARE offended by our nations lack of interest in enforcing Immigration Laws, but they are INCREDIBLY rare creatures. They're kind of like "Big Foot" and the "Loch Ness Monster". They're REPORTED to exist, but very few people have actually seen them in the wild, and those that claim to have seen them are ridiculed as nut-bags who forgot to take their fucking medication.

After all was said and done, this polite elderly lady drove away. It was then that I thought "Odd, she's taking down all this information and tapping it into her little computer for the United States Census Bureau, and not ONCE did she ask me "How many people live here?". Wow! Big red flag!

So I did a little checking today (Monday, May 4, 2009) and I found some interesting information.

For those of you who are unaware, the United States Census Bureau was originally under the guidance of the United States Commerce Department. But Obama has decided this is much too important a task for the Commerce Department to handle, so he has stripped that job from the Commerce Department and placed it under control of his Whitehouse Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel. On top of this, that "Community Organizer Group" that is involved in more than a few counts of Voter Fraud in several states had signed on as a Nation Wide Partner with the United States Census Bureau last February.

It is also worth noting that The Census Bureau, according to the United States Code Title 13, was to be a PERMANENT office of the Commerce Department. It should also be noted that placing the Census Bureau under the control of the Executive Branch of the Government (Which Obama has done) is not only a VIOLATION Of the United States Code (just one more LAW that he has broken while in office) but also constitutes a CLEAR and DANGEROUS conflict of interest. But what do WE care if our PRESIDENT is breaking the law, right?

This woman that was at my door is just one of THOUSANDS of workers who are currently canvasing the united states districts to "GPS Paint" every front door in America. They have been instructed that they have 90 days to visit the front door of every house in America and get the GPS Coordinates within 40 feet of YOUR FRONT DOOR!

Now, for those of you who believe that DESPITE the thousands of lies Obama and his Administration have already told in the very short time he's been in office, that he's actually being honest and honorable with THIS action, this probably does not worry you in the least.

But, for those of you who know WHAT CAN BE DONE with a nation wide grid of exact GPS coordinates of ever front door of every private home in America, this should SCARE THE FUCKING SHIT OUT YOU!

As a Veteran, and a supporter of the Constitution, and a believer of Freedom and Liberty, I have been labeled a "Terrorist" by the current Administration. They have declared that Past and present "Veterans" are most likely to be recruited into the ranks of "Domestic Terrorists". This administration has labeled that the common citizen who BELIEVES he or she has a right to own a gun is quite possibly likely to be more susceptible in being recruited as a "Domestic Terrorist". Christians, Catholics, anyone that believes in God and Country are VERY likely to be susceptible to recruitment as a "Domestic Terrorist". Yet the Terrorists that are currently being held at GitMo, are peaceful people that the Administration has demanded be set free, turned loose into society because they pose no threat to you or your family. The "poor, misunderstood slighted muslims" who flew planes into the WTC and killed 3000+ INNOCENT AMERICAN CIVILIANS are not the threat here people! It's us! It's the Private American Citizen that reads a Bible. It's YOU if you own a gun! THAT'S who we must be on guard against! At least, according to the Obomanation Administration.

So what does this all have to do with the United States Census Bureau, you ask?

Well, they've got the GPS coordinates to within 40 feet of your front door. The census will tell them WHO LIVES at that GPS marker. State and Federal records show them where all the LEGAL gun owners live, who they are, and the GPS coordinates to within 40 feet of their front door.

Calling the Census Bureau, I asked the woman I spoke with, which law is it exactly, that gives them the RIGHT to GPS paint my front door and record that information? They referred me to Section 223, Title 13, U.S. Code, Chapter 7, Subtitle 2. Which, if you click the link you will see mentions NOTHING about GPS tracking your front door! It simply states, in plain English, that when the census taker comes by, you are required to provide accurate information and allow them to verify the number of people actually living in that home, or you will be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 and that is ALL it gives them a right to do.

The United States Census is not due to be taken until 2010. This is 2009. They have NO LEGAL RIGHT OR AUTHORITY to do what they are doing. And the fact that they have partnered with ACORN, a CORRUPT organization, in order to do this is yet ANOTHER violation in a LONG LIST of criminal activities by this current Administration. Barak Obama and his Administration are shredding yet another strip off the Constitution. How long are we, as Americans, going to keep our eyes closed and wait for this mother fucker to drag us blindly down the road to Socialism and Communism?

We need to call these people, every day, as many times as you can do it, and keep them busy. We need to let them know that we are aware of what they are doing, and what GPS tracking will allow the government to do. They are making every effort to make it easier to force this country to submit to the will of a growing government who is taking more and more control of your personal life every day.

If you're like me, a typical American who has been "gifted with sight" , and not one of the mindless little automaton sheep that voted for this "Unholy Obomanation" that is currently infesting the highest level of our government, you'll "get it". For the rest of you, liberals, democrat sheep, ass-half fuck-tards... well, let's face it, if you "got it", you wouldn't be a fucking liberal.

Don't get me wrong. "Liberalism" in it's purest form was never really "bad". It's the assholes that have taken a good idea (freedom and liberty) and perverted it into the cess-pool it's become. These same assholes are the ones that vote on "feeling" and "image". You heard them speak during the entire campaign. You heard the incredibly stupid (and extremely DANGEROUS) comments:

"I'm voting for Barak Obama because it's time for America to have a black president." and "I just think it will be 'cool' to be a part of history by voting for the nations first black president." Let's face it, this asshole was NOT elected because he had the experience for the job. He was NOT elected because he faithfully represented the majority of America. He was NOT elected because he "stood for" principles that would maintain America's role as the greatest nation in the world.

He was elected because he is black. He did his little dance, shouted out his 3 word slogans and pressed the "image" of the "Politician For The People". And the simpletons ate it up. They mindlessly repeated his 3 word mantras over and over, most likely because 3 small words is the limit of their comprehension. "Yes We Can!", and let's not forget "Hope and Change!". What they all failed to realize was, this "man" that they believed to be their new "messiah" was and IS nothing more than your common, back-stabbing, lying, cheating POLITICIAN! But who cares, right? It's the IMAGE that matters! We made HISTORY! Yeah, we sure as hell did. We made history alright. The generation that locked in the deconstruction, and DESTRUCTION of the greatest nation on the planet.

Obama is dangerous. NOT because he's black. NOT because he's a product of "Chicago Politics". He's dangerous because he has NO LOVE and NO REGARD for the United States Of America, nor for the people he represents. He has displayed his willingness to crush family and friends at the drop of a hat, how long do you think he'll hesitate before crushing you?

The purpose of this blog, if you haven't guessed by now, is to display the "TRUTH" and "TRANSPARENCY" our new President has promised, but has yet failed to deliver. It is not meant to racially offend, though at times it just might. It is not meant to demean this country, because we currently have a President who is doing more than his share of that already. It is nothing more than an outlet for one pissed off American to hopefully open the eyes of maybe one or two more Americans who only get their "Obama Info" from the liberal drive-by media that have so far maintained a solid lip-lock on Obama's ass.

The document that defines our country, The United States Constitution, is being shredded on a daily basis by this FOREIGN BORN USURPER, and he is throwing it in the face of EVERY AMERICAN with enough of an IQ to understand what is happening. It's something that should scare the living shit out of EVERY American. Even the ones that voted for this cock-sucker. And as Americans, we can not allow this to happen. We can not allow his supporters and the people he has so thoroughly conned continue to shout us down and demand we turn a blind eye to this pricks destruction of our country.

It's time for this country to stand up and stop the systematic deconstruction of everything our men and women have fought for, and continue to fight for today.

My promise to you: If you'll read it, I'll post it. I intend to put ALL his actions in full view of you all. I intend to visit his past actions, and follow his upcoming actions. We, as Americans, have a RIGHT to know what our "leaders" are up to, and to hold them accountable for the misrepresentation of our Country. Never forget, they work us! We ALLOW them their position, and it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY to remove them from their position when they do what this asshole has been doing to us since they day he took his farce of an oath.
